This is important information about a revision to the approved 2025-2026 school year calendar to make up a day lost to winter weather last month.

During the Board of Education meeting on Feb. 10, the school system announced a revision to the approved calendar to use one of the designated make-up days. Students of Wicomico County Public Schools will now have school on Monday, March 16th, with 3-hour early dismissal. March 16th is no longer a staff professional day.

The revised calendar is posted in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole on the Calendar page of the school system’s website.
